IN THE BEGINNING

GENESIS 1
In the beginning, God creates everything; fashioning the universe with its bits and baubles. |
2 He creates light and darkness, separating land from water. |
5 ~ God then names the earth and water,
|
and stops to ponder His groovyness.
6 ~ Following shortly, God names all life in the sea and skies: stopping again to consider how god damn cool He is. |
7 Well now created, He gives all the flying things His blessing: (He gives them sex). |
8An early example of God's 'blessing', and why one might solicit said 'blessing'. |
9 ~ God then moves on to conjure everything that walks on land, |
...including man and woman. 10 Man is made in God's own image: which is questionably flattering to God, but chances are the 1st man is a dude and the 1st woman a fox, so no harm done. |
11 God soon after blesses man, woman and the animals: |
and He says to man:
12 Have dominion over every creepy thing that creepeth. 13 Which is brain power to be top of the food chain and the holy rubber stamp for using bunnies to test cosmetics.
|
14 He then goes on to give man agriculture: which one would hope to foreshadow His sprouting benevolence. |
15 And looking around at all He has accomplished, He once again feels so pleased He splits into three so They can pass around the high fives. |
